Eversun Return & Refund Policy
Effective: January 1 2025
1. Overview
We stand behind the quality of every Eversun product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accommodated.
Because our towers and accessories are large, heavy, and highly customized, all returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee (see § 4). Any damage not attributable to the shipping carrier will reduce the refundable amount.
2. Eligibility Requirements

Condition & Packaging – Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in the exact condition received, together with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – Contact [email protected] to obtain an RMA before shipping anything back. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Timeframe – Product must ship back to Eversun within 10 days of RMA issuance and arrive no later than 40 days after the original delivery date.

4. Restocking Fee & Damage Deductions

Damage & Missing Parts – Costs required to repair cosmetic or functional damage, replace missing parts, or repackage the product will be deducted in addition to the restocking fee.
5. Documentation Requirements
To protect both you and Eversun, detailed documentation is mandatory:

Upon Delivery – Within 48 hours of receipt, email high‑resolution, time‑stamped photos (or video) of:

Exterior of all shipping cartons (all sides)

Interior packaging

Each face of the product

Before Return Shipment – Repeat the same photo set immediately prior to repacking. Clearly show any damage claimed to have occurred during transit.

Freight Note – For LTL or truck deliveries, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
Failure to provide adequate documentation may delay processing or result in denial of the refund claim.
6. Shipping & Insurance

The customer is responsible for outbound return freight, insurance, and any associated fees. Original and return shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Use a trackable, insured service (LTL, freight, or parcel) appropriate for the item’s weight and value. Eversun assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
7. Inspection & Refunds

Inspection – Within 5 business days of receipt, we will inspect your return and email you an approval or denial.

Refund Method – Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method, minus:

Restocking fee (§ 4)

Deductions for damage or missing parts (§ 4)

Original outbound shipping cost

Return shipping cost (if billed to Eversun’s carrier account)

Processing Time – Please allow 5‑7 business days for funds to appear after we issue the refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

Re‑check your bank or credit‑card statement.

Contact your card issuer; posting times vary.

If the issue persists, email [email protected] with your RMA number.
9. Exchanges
Defective or shipping‑damaged items may be exchanged for the same model. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery; we will arrange pickup and replacement.
10. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue an Eversun gift credit for the net refund amount. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
